Post natal massage therapy is the whole body massage for mother for duration of 45 min from toe to head. After delivery massage for mother usually starts from the 7th day (in case of normal delivery) or 14th day (in case of C-section) of delivery and is usually done for a period of 28 to 42 days for the mother. Our post delivery massage is done at home by trained lady massage therapist.

3. Medicated Hot compress (Kizhi) for tummy and back

Herbal compress ( herbal hot fomentation) massage is a truly unique experience. The benefits of moist therapeutic heat from the herbal compress produces a soothing and calming effect on the muscle tension. As the herbal compress is pressed repeatedly on the skin, the naturally occurring essential oils are realized and penetrate into the skin. This helps in reducing pain, relaxes the muscle and assist in circulation.

4. Tummy tying

A special method of wrapping the abdomen with a cotton cloth/ cotton elastic bandage/ abdominal belt to restore the elasticity and to bring the stomach back to its original size and shape.
